They need an organised, people savvy Delivery Manager to keep their dev team moving, and it's a great chance to be at the heart of a cultural institution's modernisation.What you'll be doing: Running the dev team's standups and backlog refinementOwning the backlog and keeping delivery on track through a cloud refresh, a new headless CMS and a rebuilt print-to-web workflowManaging expectations with stakeholders across the businessGrowing towards technical PM and wider project workWhat they're looking for: Around 2 years' experience in delivery, ideally as a Scrum Master or junior Delivery ManagerA solid grasp of Agile and how tech teams work day to day (no technical background needed)Super organised, proactive and a natural relationship-builderA real interest in the arts, publishing or cultureHybrid, with just one day a week in the office minimum, plus free entry to their talks and events.Sound like you?
