The role is suited to someone who can work across business, delivery, and technology stakeholders to turn complex needs into practical, scalable digital solutions that improve how programs are planned, executed, and optimized.ResponsibilitiesLead digital transformation initiatives across infrastructure and social development programsManage cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions on time and within budgetDefine digital strategy aligned with organizational goals and Vision 2030 prioritiesOversee vendor relationships, solution implementation, and ongoing performance optimizationIdentify process improvement opportunities through data, automation, and digital toolsRequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related fieldProven experience leading enterprise digital transformation programs in complex organizationsExperience delivering digital platforms, tools, and solutions within the built environment, construction, or infrastructure sectorsAbility to build, integrate, automate, and enhance digital solutionsExperience aligning technology strategy with business goals and national transformation initiativesPreferred QualificationsExperience with BIM or digital deliveryHands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform Services, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BIExperience working with .NET and JavaScript or PythonExperience with REST APIs, system integrations, and ETL processes for data transformationFamiliarity with project delivery and experience engaging executive leadership, program or project teams, external vendors, and client-side infrastructure stakeholders
