This allows us to offer an international context, diverse challenges, and long-term career opportunities, while staying close to our teams.We would like to meet a Delivery Manager| French Speaker for a project with a hybrid working model:Your Responsibilities:As our Delivery Manager, you will:Build and maintain delivery plans based on business priorities, team capacity, risks, and dependencies.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, Support, Infrastructure, Web, Backend, and Mobile.Monitor delivery commitments, milestones, risks, blockers, and implement corrective actions when needed.Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure accurate project tracking using Jira and Confluence.Coordinate production releases, deployments, Go/No-Go decisions, and post-release reviews.Lead operational incident coordination, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvement initiatives.Manage the operational delivery and RUN activities of the current Izly platform.Drive Collect.Online migration activities, legacy application support, and system decommissioning initiatives.Provide clear delivery reporting, communicate project status, and escalate critical issues to management.Promote continuous improvement across delivery processes, operational support, documentation, and team collaboration.What We're Looking For:Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, IT Delivery Lead, or in a similar delivery coordination role.Solid experience working with Agile software engineering teams.Strong knowledge of delivery planning, risk management, incident management, production releases, and operational support.Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across distributed environments.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Confidence to challenge unrealistic commitments and proactively escalate delivery risks.Fluent French (mandatory) and professional English.Nice to Have:Experience in any of the following areas would be considered a strong advantage:Digital PaymentsBankingFinTechApplication MigrationLegacy System ModernizationSystem DecommissioningHighly regulated environmentsFind with us the right opportunity to grow!What you can expect from us:Long-term projects with national and international contextOpportunities to grow technically and professionallyA people-first culture, focused on transparency and trustTeams that value ownership, collaboration and stabilityJoin us Send us your CV in English to daniela.adao@decskill.com with reference “DA / DM".Your next challenge might start here.At Decskill, we are committed to equal opportunities and non-discrimination.
