Delivery Manager / Lead – AI & Dynamics 365

Compusoft has a presence across India and Singapore, serving customers in manufacturing, supply chain, retail, financial institutions, real estate, education, IT and professional services, aerospace, aviation, and oil and energy.Role OverviewLead the successful delivery of AI, Dynamics 365 ERP, and Dynamics 365 CRM projects while managing client relationships, delivery teams, project governance, and business outcomes.Key Responsibilities· Own end-to-end delivery of AI, ERP, and CRM implementation projects.· Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.· Lead cross-functional consulting, functional, technical, and support teams.· Drive solution quality, customer satisfaction, and successful project outcomes.· Collaborate with sales and presales teams on solutioning and delivery planning.· Support business growth through client engagement and account expansion.Required Experience· 8+ years of experience in ERP, CRM, or Digital Transformation project delivery.· Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM platforms.· Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Copilot, Automation, or Data Analytics solutions.· Proven leadership experience managing enterprise projects and teams.· Excellent stakeholder, communication, and people management skills.Key Skills· Project & Program Management· Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM· AI & Generative AI Solutions· Delivery Governance· Client Stakeholder Management· Team Leadership Risk & Quality Management
