Delivery Manager/Supervisor

We are looking for an organized and experienced Delivery Manager / Supervisor to lead our delivery operations and team.Role DescriptionManage daily delivery operations and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Supervise, train, and coordinate delivery drivers and support staff.Plan delivery schedules, routes, and daily assignments.Monitor delivery status and resolve delays, customer issues, and operational problems.Coordinate with customers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams.Ensure orders are properly prepared, checked, and delivered.Monitor vehicle condition, driver performance, and delivery safety standards.Maintain accurate delivery records, reports, and documentation.Track delivery performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic regulations, and health and safety standards.QualificationsPrevious experience in delivery, logistics, transportation, or operations.Supervisory or team management experience is preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of delivery planning and route coordination.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries.Basic computer and delivery management system skills.Strong customer service and coordination abilities.Professional attitude and good attention to detail.Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
