About the Role

The Delivery Partner manages the entire client engagement for a strategic account in Dubai, overseeing a dynamic mix of complex managed programs and staff augmentation tracks.The role involves leading enterprise-scale AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives to drive measurable business outcomes and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

Own overall engagement delivery, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, commercial agreements, and quality standards.Drive rigorous scope management and proactive stakeholder engagement across complex organizational structures and multiple workstreams.Oversee fulfillment, staffing allocations, risk management, and issue escalation handling in partnership with internal operational teams.Facilitate multi-level governance frameworks, including Executive Steering Committee sessions, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and weekly operational connects.Collaborate with client executives and internal leadership to review engagement health, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as needed.Required Qualifications & Experience:Possess 18 to 20 years of professional experience, operating at a Director or Senior Director level.Aligned to the Consulting stream based on technical and strategic fitment.Demonstrate extensive prior experience in managing major client relationships and delivering technology or consulting programs in the Middle East.Skills & Preferred Background:Strong core competencies in scope management, enterprise stakeholder handling, and maneuvering complex organizational hierarchies.Familiarity with underlying program contexts involving Agentic AI platforms, Generative AI use cases, and advanced data solutions.Prior experience of working and handling clients in UAE or GCC is a must.Prior domain experience or exposure to Real Estate and Construction industries is considered a significant advantage.Exceptional executive communication, commercial acumen, and leadership presence capable of driving trusted advisor conversations with CXOs.Stakeholder Management Expectations:Establish regular touchpoints with client Executive Sponsors, Steering Committee members, Program Managers, and Business Function Leads.Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, including Executive Leadership, Client Partners, Tech Partners, and Program Management Offices.Serve as the key escalation channel for project-level risks, ensuring rapid resolution and high client satisfaction.
