Delivery Project Director (DEL 1)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an accomplished Delivery Project Director to lead the successful delivery of large-scale projects within our dynamic development portfolio. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee project execution, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery excellence aligned with Qiddiya's vision for innovation, quality, and sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budgetManage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementEngage and manage relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, consultants, government agencies, and senior leadershipDevelop and implement project delivery strategies, methodologies, and risk mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomesMonitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address issues impacting timelines, costs, or qualityEnsure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycleProvide timely and comprehensive project status reports and presentations to executive leadership and stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferredMinimum 12 years of progressive experience in project delivery, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale and complex projectsDemonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality standardsStrong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teamsExcellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skillsProficiency in project management tools and softwareCertified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent credential is highly desirableExperience working within the Middle East region, especially Saudi Arabia, is advantageousBenefitsComprehensive benefits package
