Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic Delivery Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our construction projects within the vibrant Qiddiya development. You will play a crucial role in managing construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while meeting the highest quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and manage all construction delivery activities to ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality requirementsOversee construction contracts and liaise with contractors to monitor progress, address issues, and enforce compliance with safety and quality standardsDevelop and implement construction methodologies, risk mitigation strategies, and problem-solving approaches to ensure smooth project executionLead regular site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting to track construction status and address any deviationsCollaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration between design and construction phasesManage stakeholder relationships, including communication and reporting to senior management and external partnersDrive the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on site to promote a safe working environmentIdentify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in construction deliveryRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within large-scale and complex projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and project management principlesProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectivelyExcellent organizational, leadership, and communication skillsProficiency with construction management software and project management toolsExperience working in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is advantageousProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferredDemonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality standardsBenefitsComprehensive benefits package
