Delivery Project Manager - Heritage Assets (DEL 5)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager specializing in Heritage Assets to join our innovative team. This role focuses on managing the delivery and construction of heritage-related projects, ensuring that these assets are preserved and integrated seamlessly with the overall development plans while meeting the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution, and delivery of major construction projects that align with our strategic vision.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of heritage asset projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and standardsManage construction activities on site, working closely with contractors, consultants, and heritage specialistsEnsure compliance with heritage preservation guidelines, relevant regulations, and international best practicesDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reportsFacilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including government authorities, cultural agencies, and internal teamsImplement risk management strategies to address challenges unique to heritage asset projectsConduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet project requirementsOversee procurement processes related to heritage-specific materials and servicesLead health, safety, and environmental management specific to heritage site conditionsDocument and archive project progress, as-built drawings, and preservation recordsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldA minimum of 7 years of experience in project management involving large-scale construction or development projectsMust have Site Management experience, and be experienced in working with supervision consultants and contractors. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budgetStrong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practicesExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teamsExceptional organizational and time management capabilitiesAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsProficient in project management software and toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirableExperience delivering construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
