Delivery Project Manager - Hotel Assets (DEL 5)

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution, and delivery of major construction projects that align with our strategic vision. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering collaboration among diverse teams.ResponsibilitiesManage project lifecycle from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsSite based position, working with supervision consultants and contractors. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource considerationsCoordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and government entities to ensure project compliance and alignmentMonitor project progress, conducting regular status meetings and providing updates to senior leadershipManage project budgets and financial performance, ensuring responsible financial stewardshipIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverablesFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation among project team membersConduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement in future projectsEnsure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all project phasesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldA minimum of 7 years of experience in project management involving large-scale construction or development projectsMust have Site Management experience, and be experienced in working with supervision consultants and contractors. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budgetStrong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practicesExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teamsExceptional organizational and time management capabilitiesAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsProficient in project management software and toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirableExperience delivering construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
