Delivery Specialist

PBC is the author of the Hogan 360 and distributes the assessment to clients globally, delivering more than 10,000 assessments each year. As our global business continues to grow, we're looking for a Delivery Specialist to join our Core Delivery Hub in Ireland.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining customer service, operational excellence, and technology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll play a key role in delivering assessment projects, supporting clients and participants - primarily across Europe and the United States - and ensuring a seamless experience across our assessment platforms and products.This position is hybrid and based in Dublin, Ireland. Candidates must be able to work from our Dublin office 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days in line with business needs. Salary band: €38,000-€40,000, subject to confirmation.You will be part of a two-person team based in Dublin and a broader global Delivery Operations team. In the role you will work closely with colleagues in Australia and the United States to deliver outstanding client experiences. While the role is primarily aligned to Irish business hours, occasional flexibility for out-of-hours collaboration may be required to support client delivery across time zones.What You'll Do Launch and administer assessment projects across PBC platforms. Provide first-line support to global clients and participants. Troubleshoot platform and data issues and coordinate resolution. Manage support requests and ensure excellent client service. Monitor projects and communicate key milestones and progress updates. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accurate and error-free delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence. Collaborate with colleagues across our global delivery teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes. What You'll Bring Experience in customer support, project coordination, operations, administration, or a similar role. Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Confidence working with technology, systems, and online platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving. The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and responsiveness. A strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering great experiences. Desirable Experience with survey, assessment, or talent management platforms. Familiarity with Qualtrics and online survey administration. Experience working in a SaaS, professional services, consulting, or technology-enabled environment. Exposure to project delivery, client administration, assessment operations, or technical support.
