We are looking for a UAE National / Emirati Demand Analytics PMO to join a dynamic team in Dubai on a 12-month contract.📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 🇦🇪 Nationality: UAE Nationals / Emiratis only 💼 Contract: 12 Months ⏰ Start: ASAP 🎯 Experience: 2–4 years 🌐 Language: English 📊 Focus: Demand Analytics | Data Analysis | PMO | Power BI🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse pipeline and demand data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunitiesBuild and maintain performance reporting and dashboardsPerform analysis on pipeline coverage, growth, progression, conversion, and qualityTranslate complex data into clear and actionable business insightsSupport monthly demand reviews and management presentationsEnsure data accuracy and consistency across recurring reportsTrack demand programs, corrective actions, and prioritiesCollaborate with multiple teams and stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve reporting and analytics🔹 RequirementsUAE National / Emirati citizen2–4 years of relevant experienceStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsAdvanced Excel and strong data analysis skillsExperience working with large datasetsGood knowledge of Power BI, dashboards, visualization, and reportingStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent English communicationSelf-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentExperience in PMO, demand management, sales/pipeline analytics, or performance management is an advantage
