Demand Management Analyst

Work Area: Business Transformation Management (BTM) - Demand ManagementContract Type: Temporary 12months (Non-HC relevant) The BTM EMEA Demand Management PMO orchestrates the regional execution of the Regional BTM Demand Plan. This role requires a structured, proactive, and collaborative individual who can influence stakeholders and ensure strong execution of demand initiatives across the 5 sources of Demand (Sales, Marketing, Digital Hub Sales Development Executives, Partners, Customer Success Manager & Services) across our Market Units.Key Responsibilities: 1. Pipeline Health & GovernanceTrack and monitor new pipeline creation by sales motions, by sources of demandEnsure sufficient pipeline coverage to support sales quota achievementAnalyse pipeline movements and identify quality risks earlyAssist the Regional DM in preparing MU Monthly Demand Reviews and strategic presentations.2. Demand Planning & ExecutionAct as the guardian of the execution of the Demand Programs & corrective actions in the Market Units: capture the actions, follow-up and flag risks early.Conduct ad-hoc research and analytical review to support Regional DM to define new Demand Programs3. Alignment & Continuous ImprovementEnsure execution of global, regional and local demand programsShare and promote best practices across the organizationSupport local MUs, across teams, in adoption the Demand Tools to manage and drive pipeline better.Align closely with the local Demand Managers & MU PMOs to identify growth opportunities and support continuous improvement of demand processesYou will report to the BTM EMEA Demand Manager.Qualifications: Ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholdersAn effective communicator, able to convey clear messages, vision and guidanceStrong decision-making, problem solving and execution skillsExperience with program planning or evaluating business development opportunitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural team environmentAdvanced Analytical skills (Excel, PowerBI is a plus)Knowledge of the SAP portfolio and ecosystem is a strong plus.Understanding of Cloud, SaaS/PaaS, and digital business models is a plusFluency in English required.
