Demand Planner - Consumer

You'll be the person turning sales history, market trends, and customer insights into forecasts the rest of the business can rely on - working closely with supply chain, production, sales, and marketing to keep everyone aligned.What you'll be doing:Building and refining forecast models as real data and market shifts come inTracking forecast accuracy and adjusting when things are offKeeping stakeholders informed and getting their buy-in on demand plansSpotting and fixing data issues before they snowballCoordinating day-to-day with the warehouse teamLooking for ways to keep improving the process, not just maintaining itWhat we're looking for:A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or similar3–5 years of demand planning experience, ideally in FMCG or non-foodStrong organizational and stakeholder communication skillsA proactive problem-solver who catches things earlyA few details:Office-based role.
