Demand Planning Co-ordinator

4Homes is looking for an experienced Demand Planning Co-ordinator to join its Brand team. This role covers demand forecasting, ordering and inventory management. Extensive knowledge of kitchenware/bakeware/on-the-go brands and products is key to a candidate being successful in this role.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:·        Managing inventory levels across all channels, ensuring over and under stock situations are avoided or quickly rectified·        Preparing orders based on expected sell out, seasonality, and promotions·        Effectively communicate with stakeholders on important brand matters and provide routine reports on KPIs·        Conducting regular inspection of the products in the warehouse       ·        Support the sales team with training, promotions, product selection, and marketing and sales materials·        Work very closely with the Ecommerce team to ensure stock availabilityQualifications·        3 years or more in Buying, Demand Planning or Procurement·        Fluency in English·        Experience and/or deep knowledge in kitchenware/bakeware/on-the-go products·        Experience in the GCC·        Passion for Cooking/Baking is a plus
