Demand Planning Manager | Reef GroupPosition Title: Demand Planning ManagerLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Demand Planning Manager to lead demand planning activities and forecast future product requirements by analyzing sales data, inventory levels, and market trends. The role is responsible for coordinating with relevant departments to ensure product availability in the right quantities at the right time, supporting supply continuity, achieving sales objectives, and minimizing inventory shortages and excess stock.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of demand plans and forecast future product requirements based on sales data, inventory levels, and seasonal trends.Analyze historical and current demand data to identify patterns and changes affecting product availability and inventory levels.Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Procurement, and Inventory departments to align demand plans with operational and commercial plans.Review and update demand forecasts regularly based on market changes, promotional campaigns, offers, and expansion plans.Monitor inventory levels and identify products with shortages or excess stock, providing appropriate recommendations.Prepare demand scenarios for new products, seasonal campaigns, and marketing promotions in coordination with the relevant departments.Monitor forecast accuracy, analyze variances between forecasted and actual demand, and recommend corrective actions.Support purchasing and supply decisions by providing accurate forecasts and analytical insights to improve planning.Develop demand planning models and forecasting methodologies to improve planning accuracy and supply chain efficiency.Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on demand forecasts, forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and planning variances.Supervise the Demand Planning team, distribute tasks, monitor performance, and develop team capabilities.Ensure compliance with demand planning policies and procedures while coordinating with relevant stakeholders to improve the planning cycle.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.Experience7–10 years of relevant experience.Required CompetenciesAbility to prepare and analyze demand forecasts and align them with sales, inventory, and supply plans.Advanced analytical skills to identify trends and key demand indicators.Ability to coordinate with cross-functional departments and align demand plans with commercial and operational strategies.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and ensure high-quality deliverables.Why Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization where you will play a key role in ensuring effective demand planning and product availability.
