Demi Chef de Partie – In Room Dining

🔶 What You’ll DoAs our Demi Chef de Partie – In-Room Dining (IRD), you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests by ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

• Support the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of the In-Room Dining kitchen section
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with Hyatt standards and recipes
• Ensure consistency, quality, and timely execution of all guest orders
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain exceptional culinary standards
• Supervise and mentor Commis Chefs, fostering teamwork and professional development
• Maintain proper mise en place, inventory control, and stock rotation procedures
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations
• Assist in menu development, recipe enhancement, and continuous culinary innovation
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across kitchen and service teams to deliver memorable guest experiences🔶 What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar culinary role
• Previous experience within a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or international hospitality environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Sound understanding of HACCP and food safety practices
• Passion for culinary excellence, continuous learning, and guest satisfaction
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
