This role involves taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and ensuring that customers have a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction:Greet and seat customers promptly, and present menus with enthusiasmProvide detailed information about daily specials, menu items, and promotionsTake orders accurately and efficiently and communicate them to the kitchen staffService Excellence:Deliver food and drink orders in a timely manner while following health and safety regulationsCheck on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptlyProcess customer payments accurately, including handling cash and credit cardsCleanliness and Organization:Maintain cleanliness in the dining area by clearing tables, resetting them for incoming guestsMonitor and restock supplies as needed, including utensils, napkins, and condimentsAssist with maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and service areasTeam Collaboration:Work cooperatively with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctlyAssist fellow servers and staff as needed during busy service timesThe Server position at LV Petroleum is crucial in delivering a remarkable customer experience.
