Denodo Development & Data VirtualizationDesign, develop, and optimize Denodo views, VDP models, and data servicesBuild and maintain logical data layers for analytics, BI, and reportingImplement data federation, caching strategies, and query optimizationIntegrate Denodo with Lakehouse sources (databases, cloud, object storage)Support code migration, deployment, and post-release stabilizatio2. Application Support & OperationsProvide L1/L2 support for Denodo platform components: Virtual DataPort (VDP)Data CatalogSchedulerSolution ManagerMonitor system health, query workloads, and server performance using Denodo monitoring toolsPerform daily health checks and publish operational status reports 3. Incident & Problem ManagementAct as the first point of contact for incidents impacting Denodo servicesTroubleshoot query failures, slow performance, and data access issuesPerform job reruns, service recovery, and SLA-based resolutionConduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures4. Data Lakehouse IntegrationSupport connectivity across databases, Teradata, cloud platforms, and external data sourcesEnsure reliable data virtualization and federated query executionManage metadata ingestion, lineage, and catalog population 5. Scheduler & Job OrchestrationMonitor and manage: Cache refresh jobsScheduled queries and pipelinesAPI-based automation workflowsTroubleshoot job failures, delays, and concurrency issues 6. Web & Backend Application SupportSupport Denodo UI modules (React/Redux-based interfaces)Troubleshoot UI errors, rendering issues, and browser compatibilityAnalyze Java logs, REST API failures, JVM performance, and Tomcat issuesResolve backend service disruptions affecting VDP and metadata services7. Metadata & Database SupportManage Denodo metadata repository (SQL Server 2022)Ensure metadata consistency, integrity, and growth monitoringSupport backup, validation, and environment synchronization 8. Performance OptimizationOptimize query execution plans, caching, and federation strategiesImprove performance across large-scale Data Lakehouse workloadsIdentify bottlenecks in data access, services, and infrastructure9. Release & Change ManagementSupport deployment, code promotion via Solution ManagerPerform post-deployment validation and smoke testingFollow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management 10.
