Working alongside multiple dentists and volunteers in a modern, state-of-the-art facility in Clearwater, this position supports high-quality dental care in a fast-paced environment while ensuring every patient feels welcomed, respected, and comfortable.The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, adaptable, and passionate about serving diverse and underserved communities. Experience with advanced dental technology, including digital workflows, CEREC scanning and milling, and 3D printing, is highly valued as the clinic continues to expand its technology.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and prepare patients, ensuring they are comfortable throughout their visitAssist multiple dentists chairside using four-handed dentistry techniquePrepare and maintain treatment rooms following OSHA and infection control standardAccurately document patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and clinical noteTake and process dental radiographAssist with digital workflows, including CEREC intraoral scanning, milling procedures, and 3D printing when applicableTake impressions and assist with laboratory procedureSterilize instruments and maintain clean, organized operatories and laboratory areaEducate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care in a supportive, respectful mannerAssist with charting, lab coordination, inventory management, and other daily clinical operations.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience requireEFDA or RDA certification requireDental Radiology certification requireCurrent BLS certification requireHigh school diploma or GED required. Skills & AbilitiesStrong clinical knowledge and attention to detaiAbility to multitask and work effectively with multiple providerExcellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skillCompassionate, patient-focused approach to carExperience with digital dentistry, including CEREC scanning and milling, preferredExperience with or interest in 3D printing technology is a plus.Schedule & BenefitsFull-timeMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00PMCompetitive pay based on experienceComprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment serving the Clearwater community
