The practice values collaboration, professionalism, and a welcoming environment for both patients and team members.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dental Assistant role based in Chandler, AZ. The Dental Assistant will support dentists chairside during examinations and procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure that instruments and materials are ready for use. Daily responsibilities include assisting with patient intake, updating records, providing basic oral care instructions, and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment. The role also involves handling sterilization processes, managing impressions and X-rays as directed, and coordinating with front office staff to help maintain smooth patient flow. The Dental Assistant will adhere to all safety and infection control protocols while delivering courteous, professional support to patients and colleagues.Qualifications Ability to provide chairside support in Dentistry and Dental Assisting, including patient preparation and procedural assistance.Skills in Dental Care and Oral Care, with a focus on patient comfort, education, and routine preventive care support.Knowledge of Sterilization practices and infection control standards in a dental setting.Completion of an accredited dental assisting program or equivalent experience in a dental office.Current dental assistant certification and radiography certification as required by Arizona regulations (or willingness to obtain).Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.Basic computer literacy for electronic health records and scheduling systems.Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and high standards of patient care.
