The hospital offers a collaborative work environment that supports continuous professional development and excellence in healthcare delivery.Role Description The Dental Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position located at Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital in Jeddah. The Dental Assistant will support dentists during examinations and treatments, prepare and organize dental instruments and materials, and ensure that treatment rooms are clean and ready for patients. Daily responsibilities include assisting with patient seating and comfort, maintaining accurate patient records, and providing clear post-treatment instructions under the supervision of the dentist. The role also involves adhering to infection control protocols, supporting sterilization processes, and collaborating with the dental team to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered oral care.Qualifications Strong foundation in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care, with the ability to assist in a wide range of dental procedures.Proficiency in Dental Assisting, including chairside assistance, patient preparation, and handling of dental instruments.Knowledge of Sterilization and infection control standards, with consistent application of safety and hygiene protocols.Relevant diploma or certification in dental assisting or a related dental field.Previous experience in a clinical or hospital-based dental setting is preferred.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with diverse patients and colleagues.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow clinical instructions and hospital policies.Basic computer skills for managing patient records and documenting procedures.
