The clinic is committed to high-quality, accessible healthcare for a diverse community in Dubai.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dental Assistant role based at Berry Hill Polyclinic in Dubai. The Dental Assistant will support dentists in delivering safe and efficient dental care by preparing treatment rooms, arranging instruments, and assisting during examinations and procedures. Daily responsibilities include welcoming patients, updating records, explaining basic oral care instructions, and ensuring a comfortable experience throughout each visit. The role also involves handling sterilization and infection control protocols, organizing dental supplies, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. The Dental Assistant will collaborate with the wider clinical team to support smooth clinic operations and timely patient care.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Dental Assisting and Dentistry to effectively support dental procedures and patient care.Candidates should possess practical experience in Dental Care and Oral Care, including chairside support and patient education on hygiene practices.Candidates should possess knowledge of Sterilization and infection control standards to maintain a safe clinical environment.Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse patients and collaborate with the clinical team.Candidates should possess relevant dental assisting certification or diploma, with prior experience in a clinical or dental practice setting.Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time and multiple tasks in a busy clinic.Candidates should possess basic computer skills for handling patient records and clinic systems; proficiency in English is required, and additional languages are an advantage.Candidates should possess a commitment to patient-centered care, professional ethics, and ongoing learning in dental and healthcare practices.
