You won't be running between a massive maze of rooms or dealing with overwhelming clinical volume-our setting allows you to focus on quality chairside care and true patient connection.Modern Technology: Work daily with advanced digital impressions (putty-free crown prep), intraoral cameras, digital X-rays, and modern infection control standards.3-Day Weekends: Enjoy an incredible Monday through Thursday schedule (8 AM - 4 PM) so you get every Friday off to recharge, spend time with family, or enjoy the Pacific Northwest!Growth & Support for All Experience Levels: Experience is preferred, but new grads are highly encouraged to apply! Dr. Lemon and our team are dedicated to providing mentorship, continuous learning, and a supportive environment where you can build your career.Key ResponsibilitiesChairside Assisting: Provide active chairside support to Dr. Lemon during general restorative procedures, crowns, extractions, endodontics, and oral surgery.Operatory & Infection Control: Implement strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to sterilize instruments, prepare equipment, and break down operatories.Patient Comfort & Education: Greet patients warmly, review medical/dental histories, answer questions, explain procedure steps, and ease patient dental anxiety.Clinical Records & Charting: Maintain accurate, confidential patient records, digital charting, and clinical notes in full compliance with HIPAA regulations.Imaging & Impressions: Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and digital scans as needed to support diagnostic procedures.Qualifications & RequirementsWashington State Dental Assistant Registration (DA License): Active registration with the Washington State Department of Health (WA DOH) is required prior to start date.BLS / CPR Certification: Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification.Education / Experience: Open to experienced Dental Assistants as well as enthusiastic new graduates looking for a supportive practice home!Core Competencies: Strong understanding of dental assisting techniques, dental terminology, infection control, and anatomy.Mindset & Attributes: Detail-oriented, flexible, adaptable to daily schedule flow, passionate about continuous learning, and a dedicated team player with excellent communication skills.What We Offer (Benefits Package)Competitive Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrued vacation/personal time offWashington Paid Sick Leave: Compliant paid sick time to support your personal healthSchedule Quality: 32-hour workweek scheduled across 4 days with every Friday offWorkplace Culture: Supportive single-doctor environment with dedicated peers and low staff turnoverHow to ApplyIf you are a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant looking for a great schedule, competitive pay, and a team that feels like family, we want to hear from you!
