This is a unique opportunity for an assistant who wants exposure to advanced dentistry, modern technology, and complex cases beyond what is typically seen in a general dental office.Our practice is led by Dr. Luciano Retana, a prosthodontist with advanced training in restorative, implant, cosmetic, surgical, and periodontal dentistry. He performs procedures including All-on-X full-arch treatment, dental implant placement and restoration, veneers, smile makeovers, full-mouth rehabilitation, bone grafting, periodontal surgery, complex extractions, and same-day CEREC restorations.Dr. Retana also lectures internationally and teaches other dental professionals about his clinical techniques and approach to dentistry. He genuinely enjoys teaching his team, making this an excellent position for an assistant who wants to strengthen their skills, participate in interesting cases, and continue growing professionally.The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates well, and is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
