As a venture of Hai Dent Cosmo LLP, the clinics provide international-standard dental services in a modern, relaxed environment with skilled and compassionate staff.Role Description The Dental Assistant role at HaiDent is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Dental Assistant will support dentists during clinical procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure that instruments and materials are available and properly organized. Daily responsibilities include assisting with dental and oral care procedures, managing chairside support, maintaining strict sterilization protocols, and updating patient records accurately. The role also involves providing clear pre- and post-treatment instructions, helping patients feel comfortable, and coordinating with reception or clinical staff to ensure smooth appointment flow. The Dental Assistant is expected to uphold HaiDent’s standards of hygiene, patient care, and professionalism in every interaction.Qualifications Strong skills in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care, with the ability to assist in a wide range of clinical procedures.Knowledge of Sterilization processes and infection control protocols in a dental clinic environment.Hands-on experience with Dental Assisting, including chairside support, instrument handling, and patient preparation.Relevant diploma/certification in Dental Assisting or Dental Nursing; additional training in oral health or implant support is an advantage.Attention to detail, ability to follow clinical instructions, and commitment to high standards of hygiene and patient safety.Effective communication skills, a calm and empathetic approach with patients, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting.Basic familiarity with dental software or digital record-keeping and willingness to learn new tools and protocols.
