As we continue our nationwide expansion, we are seeking dynamic and organized professionals who are passionate about mobile healthcare, thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and are eager to be part of an innovative healthcare delivery model.Position TitleNational Traveling Dental AssistantPosition OverviewThe National Traveling Dental Assistant is a full-time clinical team member who travels throughout the United States to support dentists and local clinical teams by ensuring efficient patient flow, assisting during procedures, and maintaining excellent clinical operations.Primary Responsibilities• Travel nationwide to support field operations.• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures.• Assist dentists during clinical procedures.• Take radiographs where permitted by state law.• Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment.• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and company policies.• Support temporary staffing shortages, new office launches, and special initiatives.• Represent PopUp Smiles professionally at every assigned location.CompensationBased on experiencePerformance Bonus IncentiveThis position may be eligible to participate in a performance and production incentive program.
