This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both clinical assisting and creating exceptional patient experiences at reception.We are offering a full-time position across a 9-day fortnight, providing a great work-life balance. Your regular day off will vary depending on the needs of the practice, ensuring we continue to support our patients and team effectively.Job DescriptionAs a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of our practice. You will enjoy a varied role across both the clinic and front desk, including:Assisting our dentists and clinical team during patient appointmentsPreparing treatment rooms and maintaining infection control standardsSterilisation and maintaining clinical complianceWelcoming and supporting patients with a warm and professional approachManaging patient appointments and recallsAnswering phone enquiries and providing excellent customer serviceProcessing payments and health fund claimsSupporting the team with day-to-day practice operationsQualificationsWe're looking for someone who:Has previous Dental Assistant and/or Dental Reception experience (preferred)Is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and customer serviceHas excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIs organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy environmentEnjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive teamHas a positive attitude and is happy to help wherever neededAdditional InformationAt Dental Care Mount Barker, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional dental care while creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients and team.
