Registered Dental Hygienist Location: Absolute Dental | 2450 E Guadalupe Rd Suite 108, Gilbert, AZ 85234Schedule: Flexible schedule, with Mondays required.Compensation: $50-$55/hour, based on experiencePractice: General DentistrySingle Column 60 minute regular recall prophy 90 min SRPPatient Mix: PPO & Fee-for-ServiceAbout The OpportunityAbsolute Dental is seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Gilbert, Arizona.We are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about preventive care, patient education, and building lasting relationships with patients.This opportunity offers scheduling flexibility, with consistent availability on Mondays and Fridays required. Additional days may be available based on practice needs and candidate preferences.ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planning, and preventive treatmentsConduct periodontal assessments, chart findings, and maintain accurate clinical documentationAdminister local anesthesia within the scope of Arizona licensure and practice protocolsObtain dental radiographs in accordance with practice protocolsEducate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive careIdentify potential oral health concerns and communicate findings to the dentistCollaborate with dentists and clinical staff to coordinate patient treatmentMaintain compliance with infection control, sterilization, and patient safety standardsBuild positive patient relationships through compassionate, professional careRequirementsActive Dental Hygiene License in Phoenix, AZLocal Anesthesia Certification Current CPR/BLS Certification Strong communication and patient education skills Commitment to quality patient care Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment PreferredExperience with assisted hygiene models Laser CertificationExperience in PPO and Fee-for-Service environments Experience with periodontal therapy Experience with patient education and treatment acceptance Bilingual skills BenefitsFor full time schedules$50-$55/hour, based on experience Full-time benefits package Paid holidays and PTO Continuing education and professional development opportunities Consistent patient base in a PPO and fee-for-service environment
