Dental Hygienist

Elevate Dental is seeking a skilled, professional, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice in Clinton Township, Michigan.About Elevate Dental...Elevate Dental is a modern dental practice committed to providing high-quality care in a welcoming, comfortable, and professional environment. We are a newer practice, ramping ourselves up to five days a week (currently at three), but adding a fourth soon. We are seeking an experienced hygienist who takes pride in clinical excellence, communicates effectively with patients, and values working as part of a supportive, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

● Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance.● Complete periodontal charting and assess patients’ oral health.● Take diagnostic radiographs as needed.● Educate patients about oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care.● Review medical and dental histories and communicate relevant findings to the dentist.● Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.● Follow infection control, OSHA, and office safety protocols.● Collaborate with the dentist, dental assistants, and front office team to provide a seamless patient experience.● Help create a calm, professional, and positive environment for every patient.

Qualifications

● Active Michigan Dental Hygienist license.● Current CPR certification.● Strong clinical and communication skills.● Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.● Ability to build strong relationships with patients.● Comfortable educating patients about their oral health.● Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.● Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care.
