Dental Hygienist (RDH)

• Provide gentle, thorough prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing
• Perform periodontal assessments and charting
• Take and process digital X-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and treatment plans
• Apply fluoride and sealants as needed
• Work alongside our dentists and oral surgeon to coordinate patient care
• Follow all sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA protocolsWhat you bring:
• Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Local anesthesia certification a plus
• A gentle touch and a calm, reassuring chairside manner
• Strong patient-education and communication skills
• Comfort with digital charts and dental practice softwarePay and benefits:
• Pay commensurate with experience
• Paid sick leave — 40 hours provided up front each year
• Paid vacation — 40 hours per year, increasing to 60 hours in your third year
