This role focuses on performing accurate intraoral scans for patients using advanced digital scanning equipment and software. Day-to-day tasks include preparing patients for scanning, ensuring proper capture of dental anatomy, and verifying scan quality before submission to the lab’s design and fabrication teams. The technician collaborates with dentists and lab technicians, organizes digital files, and follows established protocols to maintain consistency and precision. Additional responsibilities include basic equipment maintenance, adherence to infection control and safety guidelines, and documentation of procedures in line with clinic and lab standards.Qualifications Proficiency in intraoral scanning techniques and use of digital dental scanners and related software.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in capturing and reviewing digital impressions.Knowledge of dental anatomy, restorative procedures, and basic lab workflows.Ability to collaborate effectively with dentists, specialists, and lab technicians in a clinical setting.Commitment to infection control, patient safety, and adherence to clinical protocols.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized digital records.Prior experience in a dental clinic or dental laboratory, especially in digital dentistry, is highly beneficial.Relevant technical or dental assistant certification; formal training in dental technology or similar field is an advantage.Willingness to learn new technologies and participate in ongoing training and skill development.valid UAE driving License Candidates with a dental background will be highly preferred.
