With a holistic approach to quality, WeCare prioritizes convenience, compassion, and timely medical support across its in-clinic, telehealth, and home care departments.Role Description The Dental Nurse at WeCare Medical Center will support dental practitioners in delivering safe and efficient patient care within the Dental department. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai and involves preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and assisting with dental procedures such as examinations, fillings, and minor surgeries. The Dental Nurse will welcome and prepare patients, obtain and document medical histories, and ensure comfort and clear communication before, during, and after treatment. Daily responsibilities include maintaining infection control standards, organizing dental supplies, handling clinical documentation, and supporting dental practitioners with chairside assistance and post-treatment instructions. The role also involves coordinating appointments, supporting patient education on oral hygiene, and collaborating with the wider clinical team to uphold WeCare’s patient-focused standards.Qualifications Relevant dental nursing qualification, diploma, or certification from an accredited institution, with eligibility to practice in the UAE (e.g., DHA license or ability to obtain one).Experience in clinical dental care, including chairside assistance, instrument sterilization, and infection control procedures.Knowledge of basic dental procedures, terminology, and materials, with strong attention to detail in clinical documentation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive patient support.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical team and follow clinical protocols and safety standards.Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple patients and tasks during busy clinic hours.Proficiency with basic computer systems and electronic medical records; familiarity with dental practice management software is an advantage.Previous experience in a hospital or multi-specialty clinic setting in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical and regulatory guidelines.
