We have an exciting opportunity for social, friendly individual to join our team in our Ennis Dental PracticeAs a dental nurse you’ll be benefiting from an experienced practice team, exceptional development and you will be given opportunities to grow your career at Shields Dental Clinic.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical SupportChairside assistance during dental procedures.Prepare surgeries, instruments and materials.Support dentists and other clinical staff throughout appointments.Patient CareWelcome and reassure patients.Communicate clearly and professionally.Support patients before, during and after treatment.Infection ControlFollow practice infection prevention and control procedures.Clean, disinfect and sterilise instruments correctly.Maintain a clean, safe and organised clinical environment.Administration & ComplianceMaintain accurate patient records.Follow practice policies and procedures.Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR requirements.Monitor clinical stock and report shortages.Complete required training and maintain professional competence.Essential RequirementsDental Nursing qualification or relevant dental nursing experience/training.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail.Reliable, organised and professional approach.Commitment to patient care and clinical standards.Key BehavioursPatient-focused | Professional | Reliable | Team-oriented | Compassionate | Organised | Willing to learn
