The experienced and caring team works diligently to ensure treatments run smoothly and efficiently, achieving results that meet patient expectations.Role Description The Dental Nurse role at Revitalise Dental Centre is a full-time, on-site position based in St Agnes. The Dental Nurse will support dentists during clinical procedures, prepare and maintain treatment rooms, and ensure that all instruments and equipment are cleaned, sterilized, and ready for use. Daily responsibilities include assisting with a variety of dental and orthodontic treatments, maintaining accurate patient records, and providing chairside support and reassurance to patients throughout their visit. The role also involves implementing infection control and decontamination protocols, managing stock and supplies, and contributing to a smooth patient journey from reception through to post-treatment care. The Dental Nurse will collaborate closely with the wider clinical and administrative team to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care.QualificationsStrong foundation in dentistry and dental care, with experience supporting a range of clinical treatments.Competence in infection control and decontamination procedures, with a clear understanding of relevant regulations and best practices.Experience or familiarity with orthodontics, including assisting during orthodontic assessments and treatments.Recognized Dental Nurse qualification and current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the appropriate professional body.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered and empathetic approach.Ability to work effectively in a team, follow clinical protocols, and manage time and tasks in a busy practice setting.Confidence using dental practice management systems and basic IT tools; additional training experience or certifications are an advantage.Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to high standards of clinical safety and ethical practice.
