The clinic focuses on holistic, patient-first care designed to help individuals feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and confident in their health and well-being.Role Description The Dental Nurse will support dental practitioners in delivering safe, high-quality dental care in an on-site, full-time role based in Dubai. Daily responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, organizing instruments and materials, assisting during dental procedures, and ensuring patient comfort before, during, and after treatment. The role also involves maintaining strict infection control and decontamination protocols, updating patient records, and coordinating appointments as needed. The Dental Nurse will provide clear post-treatment instructions, educate patients on oral hygiene, and collaborate closely with the wider clinical team to support smooth and efficient clinic operations.Qualifications Strong foundation in Dentistry and Dental Care, with the ability to assist in a range of general dental procedures.Knowledge of Orthodontics to support orthodontic consultations and treatments.Demonstrated competence in Infection Control and Decontamination practices within a clinical setting.Recognized dental nursing qualification or diploma, with valid registration/licensure as required by UAE health authorities.Previous experience as a Dental Nurse or Dental Assistant in a clinical environment, preferably in a multidisciplinary clinic.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach and ability to work in a diverse team.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to clinical safety and quality standards.Basic computer skills for managing electronic records and clinic systems; proficiency in English required, Arabic or other languages an advantage.
