Each patient receives personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs, reflecting the clinic’s commitment to excellence and patient-centered care.Role Description The Dental Nurse is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves supporting dental practitioners during clinical procedures, preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, and ensuring that instruments and materials are sterilized and ready for use. The Dental Nurse will assist with patient care before, during, and after treatment, including chairside assistance, patient education on oral hygiene, and accurate documentation of clinical notes. Daily responsibilities also include adhering to infection control protocols, managing decontamination processes, organizing appointments and patient records, and collaborating with the wider clinical team to deliver a high standard of dental and aesthetic care.Qualifications Strong foundation in Dentistry and Dental Care, with the ability to support routine and complex dental procedures.Demonstrated knowledge of Infection Control and Decontamination practices, following current clinical safety standards.Experience or familiarity with Orthodontics, including assisting during orthodontic assessments and treatments.Recognized dental nursing qualification or diploma, with valid professional registration as required by local regulations.Previous experience in a clinical dental setting; experience in aesthetic or multidisciplinary clinics is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach and respect for diverse backgrounds.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical records and basic computer skills; English proficiency required, Arabic language skills are a plus.
