Now Hiring: Dental Office Manager| Nova Southeastern UniversityAre you an experienced dental professional who enjoys leading teams, improving clinic operations, and creating an exceptional experience for patients?Nova Southeastern University (NSU) is seeking a Dental Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our dental clinics. This is a great opportunity for an experienced dental office leader who understands both the clinical and administrative sides of a dental practice and knows how to keep a busy clinic running efficiently.What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll provide leadership and operational oversight for Dental Support and Front Desk staff while partnering with providers, faculty, and other departments to support an efficient, patient-focused dental practice.Key responsibilities include:• Lead, coach, train, and manage dental support and front desk team members• Coordinate staffing and schedules to support patient flow and clinic needs• Oversee daily clinic operations with a focus on efficiency and patient satisfaction• Review EMR/EHR reports, chair utilization, billing production, and other operational metrics• Address and resolve escalated patient concerns• Monitor clinic financial procedures, cash management, deposits, and budget performance• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable dental practice regulations• Oversee dental supplies, materials, equipment, maintenance, and facility needs• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and overall clinic effectiveness• Collaborate with credentialing and other partners to support provider documentation and reimbursementWhat We’re Looking ForRequired:• High school diploma or equivalent• At least 5 years of experience in a dental office or dental environment, including oversight of administrative and clinical support staff• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience• Strong leadership, coaching, organizational, and patient-service skills• Knowledge of dental practice operations, HIPAA, and OSHA requirements• Proficiency with Microsoft Office• Ability and willingness to travel to other locations as neededPreferred:• Associate degree• Dental Assistant Certificate or Expanded Functions Certification• Experience with dental EHR/EMR systems, particularly AxiUm• Knowledge of ADA-CDT dental procedure codes• Experience with HMO/PPO and Medicaid insuranceWhy This Role?This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of a dental practice—leading people, solving problems, improving operations, and making sure patients receive a high-quality experience.If you have strong dental office experience and are ready to take the next step in your leadership career, we’d love to hear from you.🔎 Apply today and explore a career with Nova Southeastern University!#NowHiring #DentalJobs #DentalOfficeManager #DentalPracticeManager #DentalCareers #HealthcareManagement #DentalManagement #SouthFloridaJobs #NSUCareers
