Dental Office Manager

Job Title: Center Manager – Dental Clinic Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, clinical administration, and business performance of our dental center.

This role bridges clinical governance and healthcare management, ensuring exceptional patient care alongside operational efficiency and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Operations & Administration: Supervise daily clinic workflow, patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and facility upkeep. P&L & Business Growth: Monitor center revenue targets, manage operating expenses, implement patient conversion strategies, and drive local outreach initiatives. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor front-desk staff, dental assistants, and support personnel; coordinate duty rosters and performance evaluations. Quality & Compliance: Maintain sterilization protocols, biomedical waste management norms, regulatory compliance, and patient data confidentiality. Patient Experience: Handle escalations, resolve patient grievances promptly, and ensure high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and positive online reviews. Inventory & Procurement: Oversee dental consumables, lab orders, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships to avoid operational bottlenecks. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) combined with a Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) or MBA in Healthcare/Hospital Management. Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in clinic operations, hospital management, or healthcare center administration (prior dental chain experience preferred). Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and team management skills. Sound understanding of healthcare KPIs, budget management, and patient handling. Proficiency with dental management software, electronic health records (EHR), and MS Office.
