This position coordinates appointment scheduling, patient flow, and front desk activities to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience. The Dental Office Manager manages administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, financial arrangements, and compliance with office policies and regulatory requirements. The role includes supervising and supporting office staff, facilitating communication between clinical and administrative teams, and addressing patient inquiries or concerns. The Dental Office Manager also contributes to process improvement, supports marketing and patient outreach efforts, and helps maintain a welcoming, professional environment.Qualifications Proficiency in dental practice management, including Dental Practice Management and Practice Management skills.Strong Customer Service skills focused on patient satisfaction and experience.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with patients, clinical staff, and external partners.Basic understanding of Dental Care concepts to support informed administrative decisions.Previous experience in a dental or medical office management role preferred.Ability to lead and support a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.Solid organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.Comfort with practice management software and general office technology.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in healthcare administration, business, or dental practice management are a plus.
