practice.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly capable, self-motivated Dental Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy dental practice while providing exceptional leadership, financial oversight, and patient care coordination.The ideal candidate is an experienced dental office leader who understands both the operational and financial aspects of running a successful practice and can motivate a team while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.Key Responsibilities: Office Operations & LeadershipOversee all daily operations of the dental practiceSupervise and support administrative and clinical team membersEnsure efficient scheduling, patient flow, and office productivityDevelop, implement, and maintain office systems and workflowsLead team meetings and foster a positive, collaborative cultureServe as a team player, coach, and motivator for staffHelp recruit, train, onboard, and retain high-performing employeesMaintain compliance with office policies and healthcare regulations Insurance, Billing & Revenue Cycle ManagementExpertly manage dental insurance claims and reimbursement processesVerify insurance benefits and eligibilityResolve claim denials and aging receivablesOversee patient billing and collectionsPresent treatment plans and financial arrangementsMonitor production, collections, and case acceptance metricsWell-versed in both dental insurance and medical billing procedures Financial ManagementManage and monitor office Profit & Loss (P&L) performanceReview financial reports and key performance indicatorsPay, reconcile, and audit operating expenses and vendor invoicesMonitor office budgets and spendingIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitabilityAssist ownership with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth initiatives Patient Care & ExperienceOnboard new patients with exceptional care and professionalismConduct post-surgical and post-treatment patient follow-up callsEnsure a consistently outstanding patient experienceSupport special-needs patients and their families with compassion and empathyAddress patient concerns and service issues promptly and professionally Administrative & Executive SupportAssist practice ownership with administrative projects and reportingCoordinate vendor relationships and office purchasingMaintain accurate documentation and reporting systemsSupport special projects and operational initiatives as needed Emergency Call CoverageBe available to receive and coordinate after-hours emergency dental calls when necessaryCommunicate with doctors and patients regarding urgent care situationsDemonstrate responsiveness and professionalism during emergency situationsRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of Dental Office Management experienceStrong experience with dental insurance billing and claims processingExperience managing staff and office operationsStrong understanding of dental practice financial managementExperience managing P&L statements, budgets, and operating expensesExcellent organizational and leadership skillsStrong computer and technology proficiencyExcellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred QualificationsSpanish language proficiencyMedical billing experienceExperience working with special-needs patients and familiesMulti-provider practice management
