Dental Regional Manager - Dental Experience Required

Field OperationsThe role: Own in-office performance across Clove's offices as we scale from 9 to 100+ over the next 24-36 months. Reports to: CEO. Location: LA, 5 days in office, regular travel to offices. You will own:Treatment planning: Drive revenue and profit. Audit that plans are complete, specialty days run consistently, and patients leave pre-scheduled.Patient scheduling: Trello, exception reports, and daily/weekly/monthly checklists done well. Own no-show, cancellation, and recall follow-up.Staff scheduling & HR: Every office fully staffed on Deputy. Recruit, train, review, and terminate across all roles. Manage PTO, overtime, and call-outs.Compliance: OSHA, HIPAA, logs, and external audits. Handle EDD, unemployment, and workers comp requests.OM & Hygiene coaching: Train OMs on collections, treatment presentation, and huddles.
