This role is responsible for promoting and selling dental products and solutions to clinics, hospitals, and dental professionals, building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new leads, scheduling and conducting sales visits and product demonstrations, and providing timely follow-up on opportunities and customer inquiries. The Dental Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, delivery, and post-sale support, while maintaining detailed records of sales activities and market feedback in the company’s CRM or reporting tools. The role also involves staying current on dental industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to effectively position Modern Digital Company’s solutions and support customer decision-making.Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in dental, medical, or healthcare-related products, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or clinical concepts in clear, accessible language.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with dental professionals and key decision-makers, demonstrating customer-centric behavior and ethical conduct.Solid organizational and time-management skills, including managing a sales pipeline, prioritizing visits, and maintaining accurate records of activities and outcomes.Comfort with using digital tools and basic office software (e.g., CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, presentation tools) to support sales and reporting activities.Knowledge of the dental market in Riyadh or the broader region, including familiarity with clinics, hospitals, and typical procurement processes, is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, travel locally for client visits, and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven environment.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in sales may also be considered.Professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Arabic is strongly beneficial for client interactions in Riyadh.
