Dental professionals joining Al Hassan Dental Center can expect a stable, well-organized workplace with opportunities to grow their skills and responsibilities.Role Description The Dental Specialist will provide comprehensive dental care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a variety of oral health conditions for patients of different ages. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough dental examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and performing clinical procedures aligned with the specialist’s expertise (such as restorative care, orthodontic treatments, or oral surgery). The role involves educating patients on preventive care, coordinating with other dental professionals and support staff, and maintaining accurate, compliant patient records. The Dental Specialist will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, uphold infection control standards, and ensure a safe, respectful patient experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area.Qualifications Clinical expertise in Dental Care and Dentistry, with the ability to perform routine and advanced procedures safely and effectively.Specialized skills in Oral Surgery for relevant surgical interventions, including extractions and other minor oral surgical procedures.Knowledge of Medicine as it relates to oral health, systemic conditions, and safe use of medications and anesthesia in dental treatment.Proficiency in Orthodontics, including assessment and treatment planning for malocclusions and alignment issues, where applicable.Accredited dental degree (DDS or DMD) and current, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the applicable jurisdiction.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuing education, and adherence to infection control and safety protocols.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment and manage time and caseload efficiently.
