Your V Care is committed to making gentle, accessible dental care available to individuals and families across its locations.Role Description The Dental Surgeon / Associate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients in a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include performing clinical examinations, diagnosing dental conditions, and delivering appropriate treatments such as restorations, root canals, extractions, implants, and minor oral surgical procedures. The role involves creating treatment plans, explaining options to patients, and ensuring informed consent and patient comfort throughout all procedures. The Dental Surgeon / Associate will collaborate with clinic staff and specialists, maintain accurate clinical records, and follow infection control and safety protocols. Additional duties include participating in continued clinical learning, supporting patient education on oral hygiene, and contributing to the overall efficiency and quality standards of the clinic.QualificationsStrong foundation in Medicine and Dental Care, with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of oral health conditions.Proficiency in Orthodontics and Treatment planning for alignment, corrective procedures, and long-term patient care.Competence in Oral Surgery, including extractions and minor surgical interventions, with a focus on patient safety and comfort.Independently perform general dentistry procedures within your clinical competency, including RCT, simple and surgical extractions, scaling and polishing, composite/GIC restorations, crown and bridge procedures, complete and partial dentures, temporary restorations and basic emergency dental procedures.Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent, with valid registration from the appropriate dental council; MDS in a relevant specialty is an advantage.Experience working in a clinical dental setting, preferably in a high-volume or multi-specialty environment.Excellent patient communication skills, with an empathetic, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory approach to care.Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team, manage time effectively, and adhere to established clinical and hygiene protocols.Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advances in dental techniques and technologies.Why Join Your V Care?This is an opportunity to join a high-growth dental healthcare organisation at an early stage of its expansion journey.As we grow from 10 branches towards our goal of 100 branches by 2028, we are building a strong clinical team with opportunities for dentists who demonstrate clinical excellence, leadership potential, patient management capability and commitment to ethical dentistry.How To ApplyInterested candidates can share their CV on sheeza.rajan@yourvcare.comSubject Line: Application – Dental Surgeon / Associate Dentist Only candidates meeting the required clinical experience and qualification criteria will be shortlisted
