The clinic’s reputation has been built on reliable treatment outcomes and a commitment to excellence in oral health services.Role Description The Dental Surgeon will work full time on-site at the Gurugram clinic, providing comprehensive dental care to patients in a clinical setting. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, diagnosing oral health conditions, planning and performing dental treatments, and carrying out oral surgical procedures as needed. The role involves collaborating with orthodontists and other dental professionals, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Dental Surgeon will also educate patients on preventive care, support clinic quality standards, and contribute to a positive, safe, and ethical care environment.QualificationsClinical expertise in Medicine and Dental Care, with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of oral health conditions.Proficiency in Orthodontics and Treatment planning, including coordinating care with specialists and designing comprehensive treatment plans.Advanced skills in Oral Surgery and related procedural Treatment, including extractions and minor surgical interventions.Recognized dental degree (BDS 3yr+ or MDS) from an accredited institution and valid registration with the appropriate dental council.Strong communication and patient counseling abilities, with a focus on empathy, ethics, and patient safety.Experience working in a modern, technology-driven clinic environment; familiarity with digital dental systems is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and manage time effectively in a high-volume clinical setting.
