Its success is driven by advanced technology, skilled dental professionals, and a strong focus on patient comfort and safety.Role Description The Dental Surgeon will provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of dental procedures such as oral surgery, root canal therapy, restorative treatments, and cosmetic dentistry. Responsibilities include performing clinical examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, advising patients on treatment options, and ensuring high standards of infection control and clinic hygiene. The role also involves collaborating with orthodontists and other dental professionals, maintaining accurate patient records, and providing clear pre- and post-treatment guidance. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Cosmodent India’s clinic in Gurugram, requiring consistent patient interaction and participation in clinic operations.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Dental Care, with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of oral health conditions.Proficiency in Orthodontics and Treatment planning, including coordinating care for cosmetic and corrective procedures.Demonstrated skills in Oral Surgery and advanced dental procedures, with a focus on patient safety and comfort.Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution; MDS in a relevant specialty (e.g., Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Orthodontics) is preferred.Valid dental license/registration to practice, with compliance to local regulatory and professional standards.Excellent communication and patient counseling skills, with the ability to explain treatment options and outcomes clearly.Experience working in a modern, technology-enabled clinic environment; familiarity with digital radiography and dental software is an advantage.Commitment to continuous learning, ethical practice, and collaborative teamwork within a multidisciplinary clinical setting.
