The Dental Technician will fabricate, modify, and repair dental prostheses such as crowns, bridges, veneers, implants, and orthodontic appliances using digital and conventional techniques. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with dentists to interpret prescriptions, selecting appropriate materials, performing accurate shade matching, and maintaining high-quality standards for all lab work. The role also involves operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, managing case workflows, ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement in laboratory processes. The Dental Technician will work closely with the clinical team to support efficient patient care and excellent treatment outcomes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong knowledge in Dentistry and Dental Care to understand clinical requirements and treatment objectives.Candidates should possess skills in Prosthodontics and Dental Technology for the design and fabrication of dental prostheses and appliances.Candidates should possess solid Laboratory Skills for handling materials, operating lab equipment, and executing precise technical procedures.Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Dental Technology, Dental Laboratory Technology, or a related field.Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work with fine instruments and digital tools (e.g., CAD/CAM systems).Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with dentists and clinical staff, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.Prior experience in a dental laboratory or clinic setting is highly advantageous; familiarity with aesthetic and implant dentistry is a plus.
