Located in Pune, Maharashtra, the laboratory focuses on supporting dentists and dental professionals with quality restorations, efficient workflows, and dependable service.Role Description The Dental Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The individual in this role will fabricate, modify, and finish dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, and other restorations using digital and traditional techniques. Daily responsibilities include working with CAD/CAM systems, following detailed prescriptions from dental professionals, selecting and handling appropriate dental materials, and ensuring accurate fit, function, and aesthetics of all restorations. The role also involves maintaining laboratory equipment, adhering to quality and safety standards, collaborating with dentists and colleagues to clarify technical requirements, and contributing to efficient, organized workflows.Qualifications Strong foundation in Dentistry and Dental Care, with an understanding of clinical requirements for prosthetic restorations.Proficiency in Dental Technology and Laboratory Skills, including handling materials and operating lab equipment.Knowledge of Prosthodontics, particularly in the design and fabrication of crowns, bridges, and other fixed or removable prostheses.Experience or familiarity with digital workflows such as CAD/CAM systems and digital dentistry tools.Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to follow technical specifications accurately.Relevant technical diploma or degree in dental technology or a related field; prior experience in a dental laboratory is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, communicate clearly with dental professionals, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
