Job Title: General Dentist (Fresh Graduate or 1 Year Experience)Location: Sayed Zeinb, Cairo, EgyptJob Type: Full-Time, On-SiteWorking Hours: [e.g., 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM , one day off]Experience Level: Entry Level (0–1 year)About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated, compassionate General Dentist to join our growing clinic in Sayed Zeinb. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate or a dentist with up to one year of practical experience who is eager to develop clinical skills under supervision while providing high-quality dental care to our community.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients of all ages.Carry out routine dental procedures, including:Restorations (fillings – composite & amalgam)Extractions (simple and surgical extractions as per skill level)Scaling, root planing, and prophylaxisPulp capping and basic endodontic treatments (anterior & premolar RCTs)Take and interpret digital X-rays (periapical, panoramic, OPG).Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.Maintain accurate and confidential patient records (paper or digital EMR).Sterilize instruments and ensure the operatory complies with infection control standards.Assist senior dentists in complex cases when needed (learning opportunity).Manage minor dental emergencies (pain, swelling, trauma).Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Dental Medicine and Surgery (BDS or equivalent).License: Active and valid license to practice from the Egyptian Ministry of Health (or eligibility to obtain one).Experience: 0–1 year (new graduates welcome; clinical internship or university clinic experience counts).Skills:Basic proficiency in restorative, extraction, and preventive procedures.Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment.Basic English communication (for records and patient education).Personal Attributes:Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented.Patient and empathetic with good bedside manner.Eager to learn and take constructive feedback.Preferred (Not Mandatory)Previous clinical rotation or externship in a private clinic.Familiarity with common dental software (e.g., Clicks, DentView).Basic Arabic & English bilingual proficiency for patient communication.
